Please read this package and fill out all the necessary information to make sure we have everything ready for you before you arrive.

Hello, my name is Valentina and I will be the main contact for your retreat.  I am excited to introduce you to our retreat and share the details with you on your upcoming trip.

As you know, we are the top retreat center in Cambodia and we always want to make sure that our guests have the best time possible and able to relax and unwind.

This retreat will be a great chance for you to relax, detox, meet new friends and build some wonderful memories.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will get you settled into your room right away.  Once you are set up, we will serve lunch followed by a short introduction.

If you are arriving later than the 11am registration time, no problem.  Please let us know in the form below regarding your arrival details.

If you wish to arrive one day before, you may reserve a room at our hotel at a 10% discounted rate.  Let us know and based on availability we will book you in.

At the scheduled times, either one of our instructors or staff will come and guide you to your classes and activities.

Please remember that all classes are included, but optional.  If at any point you are too tired or simply wish to head into town for some shopping and skip a class we will gladly give you a ride.

During the “Free Time” on the schedule or in the evenings there are a lot of different tours and activities which we can offer you.  You can take a Quad bike tour, go to the temples, do horseback riding, watch traditional Apsara dance shows or attend Phare Circus.  Please speak to our staff who will be able to organize these additional activities for you during your free time.

Wake-up ritual in the mornings will include a detox shot and coconut rinse.  Our staff will knock on your door to wake you up each morning.  If there is one morning when you wish to sleep in and skip morning activities, please let our staff know or simply put the “do not disturb” sign on your door.

Your daily classes and activities will happen at Tavoos Garden directly next to our hotel grounds.  Tavoos has been designed as a tropical zen environment to host all of our classes and activities.

Inside your room you will find all the amenities you need such as fridge, safe, towels, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries.  Please note that in order to stay green we do not provide plastic bottles for water.  You will find glass bottles in your room which you may fill up with filtered water at one of our fill up stations.

For laundry service or any other needs, please speak to our staff who will be more than happy to assist you.
